Venues across West Sussex
Lancing
Fernhurst
A village tennis club on Fernhurst's green, just inside West Sussex, with pickleball nets ready to go. There's a clubhouse café open six days a week, which is the kind of facility other clubs should envy.
Crawley
Crawley's big leisure centre, where FastStep, a coach with more than twenty years in racket sports, has reshaped the in-house pickleball sessions around drills and tactics.
Coaching
Worthing
Four indoor pickleball courts at David Lloyd's Worthing club. A strong members' venue on a stretch of coast that already loves the sport.
Broadbridge Heath, Horsham
A modern leisure centre on Horsham's western edge, with pickleball bookable by members or anyone who signs up for a free Places account.
Haywards Heath
Haywards Heath's leisure centre runs a Wednesday evening pickleball club for all levels, split into two hourly sessions. A friendly way to meet other Mid Sussex players.
Burgess Hill
Burgess Hill's leisure centre, run by Places Leisure, where pickleball courts are bookable and demand is high enough that members are limited to one court a day.
Bognor Regis
Bognor Regis's leisure centre, with dedicated pickleball courts bookable at reception and member-led drop-in sessions on Monday evenings. It has also hosted a pickleball festival.
Littlehampton
Littlehampton's modern leisure centre, where pickleball courts can be hired in the sports hall. Bring your own paddles: court hire doesn't include them.
